Our primary service is introducing our clients to reliable suppliers or manufacturers who are based in China whilst keeping in mind that our client’s principle objectives will be cost centred.

We help our clients to establish successful relationships with these suppliers/manufacturers and if necessary we remain involved to manage different elements of the working relationship such as supply logistics and communication.

We use local networks with extensive local knowledge to find suppliers who can deliver to an acceptable standard. Most will have ISO9001:2000 quality control certification but we conduct out own quality control assessment if we consider it necessary.

Once we have identified and spoken with suitable suppliers we report comprehensively to our clients with details of the supplier, price comparisons and recommendations.

We benefit enormously from the Chinese concepts of Guan Xi and Zhongjian Ren. Guan Xi is a complex and important element in Chinese society which is applied primarily to the individual and is, to a degree, a measure of status, trust and respect. Essentially when a deal is being struck or business relationships are being developed it is enormously beneficial if the parties representing you have Guan Xi.

Almost as important is the role of the Zhongjian Ren or intermediary. Again trust and respect are important elements of the relationship with a Zhongjian Ren, whose involvement in any transaction will allow good relationships to flourish more easily.
